Q: Why does my Acrylic item appear scratched/dirty/foggy...
A: Please note that some of the items you have ordered come with protective films that needs to be peeled off to reveal the clean, unscratched, super clear acrylic. This protective film remained on the surface of the acrylic to prevent it from getting scratched or damaged during transit.
We kindly ask that you take a few moments to carefully inspect each item in your order and remove the protective film as necessary. You can easily peel off the film by gently lifting one corner and then peeling it away from the surface of the acrylic.
Please note that failure to remove the protective film may result in the items looking cloudy, hazy, dirty, scratched or even discolored. Therefore, we highly recommend that you remove the protective film before using your acrylic items.
Q: How long does it take to ship out my order?

Starting 2024, we have live inventory status & pre-order system!
If ALL the items you ordered are readily available we will be able to ship out within 2 business days after receiving payment. For pre-order items, the current wait time is 0.5-2 months depending on the order.
We understand your eagerness to have your items and we really wish we could get them to you ⚡️⚡️⚡️ lightening fast.
As you might noticed, we offer probably the best price across internet using engineering grade material while keeping a high quality standard. Unfortunately, we are only able to offer the low prices because we are a very small business just started not too long ago with only one girl operating the entire business while attending school full time.
Another factor is the machine time & availbility : For example, a Milsbo Tall Full shelf takes over an hour just for the machine time. There are also a lot of preparation required before and after the machine. On top of that, there is a chance of machine malfunction/human error which would result in having to redo the process. We refuse to sacrifice the quality of our products and unfortunately, good quality requires more time.
Please trust that I work as fast as I can within these constraints. We regret that we do not have the luxury of having extra stock standing by, top quality, and affordable price point all at the same time.
We thankfully reject any rush orders. We plead your understanding, and faith that we are doing everything within our abilities to get your order to you as fast as we can without sacrificing the quality.

Q: Does your shelves come with brackets?
A: No. The price of shelves only include the acrylic shelves. However, all our shelves are designed to fit into the IKEA cabinet just like the original glass pieces. ie. if you have the original brackets from IKEA, you can just use that. However, I would strongly recommend to try our extended brackets for Milsbo (Fabrikor coming soon) if you ordered any odd shaped shelf (eg. non-rectangular). If you need additional brackets, we have some 3D printed ones available for sale as well.
Q: I am in the region and I want to pick up / get my order delivered.

**UPDATE AUG 2024: ** Hey there, plant lovers! Just a quick update from Plantal Support INC. We wanted to let you know that we're currently focusing on graduating (woohoo!). As a result, we regretfully have to pause our pick-up service for now. Don't worry, though! We are going to ship as usual. Stay tuned for updates and keep nurturing those green babies!
Pick up location is 44 Gaukel St, Kitchener. We will send you an email to schedule for pick up once your order is ready. You can use coupon code "WATERLOOPICKUP" at check out.
We currently deliver to Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, and GTA. All delivery products have a delivery fee depending on the region it is being delivered with the exception of orders above $200 before tax and fees. To obtain a quote of the delivery fee, customers can message on the Plantal Support Inc website. Customers in GTA requesting delivery should expect at least 2 weeks turnaround time with LIMITED time availability. It is recommended to order in advance for any deliveries to Toronto.
