Plantal Support Inc is establishing this document to give a clear view about the company’s policy to its customers.
All the policies here are applicable to all the products that are sold by the company.
RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
The sold products could only be considered to receive the returns/refund/exchange in the case of quality issues with the products.
We encourage customers to carefully read product descriptions before purchasing. Items bought based on assumptions rather than the provided details are not eligible for return or refund. By purchasing, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the product information.
TAXES/CUSTOMS POLICY
Customers are responsible for all the taxes or customs that might apply during the shipping, the production or the sales of the product.
DELIVERY POLICY
Plantal Support is currently delivering its products to Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, and GTA. All delivery products have a delivery fee depending on the region it is being delivered with the exception of orders above $200 before tax and fees. To obtain a quote of the delivery fee, customers can message on the Plantal Support Inc website. Customers in GTA expect to receive their orders around 2 weeks. It is recommended to order in advance for any deliveries to Toronto.
SHIPPING POLICY
The shipping option is recommended as the effective way to receive the orders since we ship out daily. We offers shipping all around Canada and the USA, as well as a selection of European countries. Free shipping applies to orders over $200 before tax and fees for North America.
