Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment at checkout,.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet started manufacturing process. If the order has started being processed, (including raw material purchase, manufacturing, design) , then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial compensation. Order Cancellation

Eligibility for Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order within two (2) hours of payment, provided that the order has not entered processing. Once processing has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted. -
Refund Options
If the cancellation request is approved:-
Customers may elect to receive a full refund (100%) in the form of store credit; or

Customers may elect to receive a refund to the original payment method, less a ten percent (10%) administrative fee. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing charges from Shopify and administrative costs.

Procedure
To request a cancellation, the customer must contact Plantal Support INC at both Instagram and Email (info@plantalsupport.com) within the eligibility period and provide the order number and purchase details. -
Exclusions

Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

Digital products, if offered, are non-refundable once delivered.

Plantal Support INC reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that do not comply with the terms of this policy.
